Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions, focusing on upper extremity therapy
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for shoulder repairs, wrist/elbow tendonitis, and fractures
Provide occupational therapy across multiple settings: outpatient, acute inpatient, acute rehab, and transitional care
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Document patient progress using ReDoc (outpatient) and Meditech (acute)

Qualifications

Active Oregon Occupational Therapist license required
BLS certification required
Experience in outpatient orthopedics, specifically upper extremity therapy (shoulder, elbow, wrist)
Lymphedema training is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in orthopedic rehabilitation, including hands, elbows, and shoulders
Proficiency in treating conditions such as CVA, MS, and head injuries
Familiarity with ReDoc documentation for outpatient and Meditech for acute
Strong clinical reasoning and patient education skills
