Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat a diverse caseload of orthopedic, vestibular, neuro, and balance patients
Develop individualized treatment plans to help patients regain function and mobility
Collaborate with PTA's and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
Utilize Cerner EMR for accurate and timely documentation
Provide patient education on home exercise programs and injury prevention

Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapy (PT) license required
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
At least 1 year of outpatient experience preferred
Ability to manage 9-11 patients per day with efficiency and compassion

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in orthopedics, vestibular rehab, and neurological conditions
Proficiency with Cerner or similar EMR systems
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
