Location: Breckenridge, MN

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM; cycle scheduling; every other weekend required

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor residents' health status and report changes to the healthcare team
Collaborate with CNAs and RNs to ensure quality care
Maintain accurate documentation in PointClickCare EMR
Support residents with activities of daily living as needed

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Minnesota or compact state
BLS certification required (must be current)
Minimum 1 year of LTC experience preferred
Strong teamwork and work ethics
Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in medication administration and IV therapy (minimal IVs)
Experience with PointClickCare or similar EMR
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of common geriatric conditions: CHF, COPD, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, Diabetes
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
