Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM / 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM, every third weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $65 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide respiratory care to a diverse patient population from neonates to geriatrics
Manage and operate advanced ventilators including PB 840, PB 980, Hamilton C1, and V-60
Deliver high-flow oxygen therapy via Airvo and support NICU, ICU, and trauma patients
Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to develop and implement treatment plans
Perform clinical assessments and make independent judgments to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain certification and adhere to facility protocols and safety standards

Qualifications

Active RRT or CRT credential required
Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
Valid ND state license or willingness to obtain
Minimum NICU experience is a must
Ability to work independently and make critical clinical decisions

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with PB 840, PB 980, Hamilton C1, and V-60 ventilators
Experience with Airvo high-flow therapy
Knowledge of Level II trauma and neonatal resuscitation
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Adaptability to work in surgical, medical, and cardiac units
