Roles & Responsibilities

Manage individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process and principles of primary nursing
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes
Utilize advanced equipment including Meditech, OBIX, Pyxis, and bedside fetal monitors
Provide compassionate care to labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum patients

Qualifications

Active Alaska state RN license required
Minimum 2 years recent LDRP experience
Current BLS, NRP, STABLE, and HS AED certifications
Proficiency in Meditech, OBIX, and Pyxis Supply Stations

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Comfortable with electronic medical records and fetal monitoring
