Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process and primary nursing principles
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and perform treatments as ordered
Provide education and support to patients and their families
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation

Qualifications

Active Alaska state RN license required
3 years of Med-Surg experience with strong critical thinking skills
Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
HS AED certification also required

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in Meditech, OBIX, and Pyxis systems
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
