Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 physical therapy treatments to a diverse outpatient orthopedic population
Conduct evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for each patient
Manage a caseload of 9 patients per day with 45-minute treatment sessions
Collaborate with a supportive team of PTs and PTAs to ensure excellent patient care
Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed for optimal outcomes

Qualifications

Active Colorado PT license or compact license required
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient orthopedic setting
Ability to hit the ground running - we need a well-versed PT ready to make an impact

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy
Strong evaluation and clinical reasoning skills
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
