Location: Bismarck, ND

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM or 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM), including every third weekend and holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $65 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide top-notch respiratory care for patients from neonates to geriatrics in ICU, NICU, ER, and medical-surgical units
Operate advanced ventilators including PB 840, PB 980, Hamilton C1, and high-flow therapy devices
Work collaboratively with physicians and nursing staff to develop and adjust care plans
Make independent clinical judgments and respond quickly to changing patient conditions

Qualifications

You hold active RRT or CRT certification and a valid ND state license
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications are required (must be current)
At least 1 year of recent NICU experience is a must
Ability to work independently and think on your feet in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with Airvo, PB 840, PB 980, Hamilton C1, MR1, and V-60 Respironics
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Comfortable adapting to varied patient populations and acuity levels
