Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee nursing operations and ensure quality patient care
Coordinate staffing and assignments to meet patient needs
Act as a resource for nursing staff, providing guidance and support
Monitor patient care standards and compliance with protocols
Facilitate communication between departments and shifts
Respond to emergencies and critical situations with confidence

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience
Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of patient care standards and regulations
Skill in clinical decision-making and critical thinking
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
Excellent interpersonal and team-building abilities
