Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), including weekends and holidays as needed

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in PCU/IMC units across multiple facilities within Zone 1
Monitor and manage cardiac drips, insulin, ativan, and heparin titrations
Float between facilities including Penrose, St. Francis, St. Mary Corwin, and St. Thomas More
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Adapt to various unit specialties including Cardiac, Neuro, Oncology, Ortho, and more
Maintain patient safety and accurate documentation in Epic

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of PCU/IMC experience
Active RN license in Colorado or compact state
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Comfortable titrating cardiac drips, insulin, ativan, and heparin
Prior neuro and Epic experience preferred
Must be flexible to float within a 60-mile zone and adapt to different units
