End Date: 12-07-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, days and nights available, every other weekend required

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate nursing care to oncology, PCU, and med/surg patients
Administer chemotherapy and monitor patient responses
Titrate IV drips such as insulin and cardizem as needed
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PT/OT, case managers, and social workers
Float to other med/surg and PCU units within the facility
Participate in patient rounding and uphold a culture of safety and respect

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in oncology and/or PCU
Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
ACLS and BLS certifications required
ONS/ONCC chemotherapy certification required
EPIC experience preferred, not mandatory
First-time travelers welcome to apply

Knowledge & Skills

Chemotherapy administration and IV therapy
Ventilator and hemodynamic monitoring familiarity (training available)
Charge nurse experience preferred
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse patient population
