Location: Fort Morgan, CO

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (10-hour shifts)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy evaluations and treatments for pediatric and adult outpatients
Develop individualized treatment plans for conditions like developmental delay, autism, torticollis, and ortho issues
Collaborate with PTAs and supervisors to ensure comprehensive care
Utilize a warm water therapy pool for aquatic therapy sessions
Manage your own patient load and documentation with a flexible schedule

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapy license in Colorado
BLS certification required
Pediatric experience highly preferred
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of pediatric developmental milestones
Skilled in manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
Comfortable working with both pediatric and adult populations
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
