Candidate Pay Rate: $74 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver precise radiation therapy treatments using advanced technology
Collaborate with oncologists and medical team to ensure optimal patient care
Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation
Educate patients on treatment procedures and side effect management
Operate and maintain radiation equipment to the highest safety standards
Contribute to a compassionate, patient-centered environment

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy program
Current ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (required)
State licensure as a Radiation Therapist in Nebraska (or eligibility)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in treatment planning systems and linear accelerators
Understanding of radiation safety protocols
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting
