Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement evidence-based interventions to improve patient mobility and function
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Document patient progress and adjust treatment as needed
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in North Dakota
Current BLS certification required
Experience in outpatient and acute care settings preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Excellent communication and patient education skills

Education

Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical reasoning and assessment abilities
Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise
Ability to manage a diverse caseload including outpatient, acute inpatient, and swing bed skilled patients
Knowledge of electronic medical records and documentation standards
