Location: Bakersfield, CA

End Date: 09-18-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts including 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, with rotational call after hours, Friday 4 pm through Monday 7:30 am, and on-call rotation on holidays

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $83 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform IR technologist duties in a fast-paced interventional radiology setting
Work effectively with the radiology management team and other healthcare professionals
Operate and maintain advanced medical equipment
Provide support for various types of patients and procedures

Qualifications

ARRT (RT)(R) certification preferred
Experience as an IR Technologist or in a related field
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Knowledge & Skills

Interventional radiology techniques and procedures
Medical imaging equipment operation and maintenance
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work with electronic medical records (EMR) systems like CERNER/RADNET
