Roles & Responsibilities

Provide social work services to patients in a healthcare setting
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care

Qualifications

LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) required
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
5150 certification in California required
Prior experience working in a California Dignity facility preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical social work skills
Ability to work effectively with patients and families
Knowledge of mental health principles and practices
