Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and treat patients with speech and language disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Qualifications

Current KY SLP license
1 year of clinical experience in Home Health
BLS certification
CCC-SLP certification preferred

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology

Knowledge & Skills

Speech and language assessment and treatment
Home Health experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
