Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality CT and X-ray exams to support our Level II trauma center
• Operate MRI equipment for limited head and spine studies, collaborating with neurosurgeons
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and follow imaging protocols
• Work closely with radiologists and healthcare team to deliver timely results
• Adhere to infection control and safety policies, including nail policy

Qualifications

• Certification in CT and X-ray required (ARRT or equivalent)
• MRI certification preferred with at least 2 years of MRI experience
• Valid driver's license required for submittal (must live outside 50-mile radius from Kearney, NE)
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a 7 on/7 off pattern
• Comfortable with no call expectations

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficient in CT, X-ray (including OR), and MRI imaging
• Strong patient care and communication skills
• Knowledge of radiation safety and contrast administration
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
