Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (flexible 8-hour shifts)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional physical therapy to a diverse outpatient population, focusing on ortho, neuro, and vestibular conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and function
Document patient progress accurately in the EMR system
Collaborate with PTAs and Rehab Techs to ensure comprehensive care
Educate patients and families on exercises and fall prevention strategies

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapy license in Arizona
At least 1 year of outpatient experience
Current BLS and CPR certification
Proficiency with EMR systems
Experience with geriatric population preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation
Vestibular therapy and BPPV management
Fall prevention strategies
Patient education and communication
Team collaboration in a rehab setting
