Location: Bismarck, North Dakota

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM), every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor telemetry and interpret cardiac rhythms to ensure patient safety
Titrate and manage cardiac drips including Amio, Cardizem, Heparin, and Nitro
Provide comprehensive nursing care for adults and geriatrics with cardiac and medical conditions
Collaborate with charge nurse and healthcare team to coordinate patient care
Float to PCU or Medical-Surgical units as needed to support the team

Qualifications

Active RN license
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum 1 year of PCU or telemetry experience
Ability to read and interpret telemetry strips
Epic experience preferred
First-time travelers welcome to apply

Telemetry monitoring and strip interpretation
Titrating cardiac drips
Cardiac care for common diagnoses
EPIC electronic health record
Patient assessment and critical thinking
