Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to a mix of inpatient and outpatient patients
Treat a diverse caseload including ortho, neuro, wound care, and general debility cases
Collaborate with a supportive team of PTs and PTAs to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Precept new staff as needed and contribute to unit orientation
Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the healthcare team

Qualifications

Active Texas Physical Therapy license and national certification
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Wound care experience preferred but not required
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in evaluation and treatment of orthopedic, neurological, and wound care conditions
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for patient and family education
Proficiency in using EMR systems for documentation
Ability to adapt treatment plans based on patient progress and needs
