Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve communication and quality of life
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
Document patient progress and adjust therapy techniques as needed
Float to Mercy Medical Center Redding when required, expanding your clinical experience

Qualifications

Active BLS certification from the American Heart Association or equivalent
Valid California Speech-Language Pathologist license
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in speech therapy
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with patients and families

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in evaluating and treating speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
Proficiency in developing and modifying treatment plans based on patient progress
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Knowledge of current best practices and evidence-based speech therapy techniques
