Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional home health physical therapy services to patients in their homes
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore mobility and improve quality of life
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and fall prevention strategies
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate clinical documentation to track patient progress

Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapy license required
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum of 1 year of recent home health or acute care experience preferred
Ability to travel to patient residences within the Bakersfield area (25% travel)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Proficiency with electronic health records
Time management and organizational skills for independent fieldwork
