Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 outpatient physical therapy treatments, focusing on orthopedics and a wide variety of patient cases
Conduct evaluations and create personalized treatment plans with recurring schedules
Manage patient caseload and coordinate care with a supportive team
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to help patients regain function and mobility
Collaborate with rehab aides and other healthcare professionals for optimal outcomes

Qualifications

Current Colorado Physical Therapy License or Compact License
BLS certification from AHA
Experience in orthopedic outpatient physical therapy
Ability to manage a diverse caseload with excellent clinical skills
Comfortable working in a small community outpatient rehab setting

Knowledge & Skills

Strong orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
Proficient in 1:1 patient care with 45-minute treatment sessions
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
