Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, required 30 minute lunch
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional outpatient physical therapy to patients with orthopedic, vestibular, and neurological conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of PTAs and healthcare professionals for optimal outcomes
- Utilize Cerner EMR to document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Educate patients and families on exercises and strategies for recovery and prevention
Qualifications
- Active California Physical Therapy (PT) license
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
- Prior experience in outpatient orthopedics and vestibular rehab preferred
- Proficiency with Cerner EMR system is a plus
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
Knowledge & Skills
- Orthopedic rehabilitation including total joint protocols
- Vestibular and balance therapy techniques
- Neurological rehabilitation
- Treatment planning and patient education
- Team collaboration and time management
