Location: Garden City, KS

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, plus on-call 24/7 including weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $102 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Cath Lab and ICU departments
Lead and mentor nursing staff to enhance clinical competency
Ensure high-quality patient care through evidence-based practices
Manage pre/post procedure care and bedside procedure support
Build a positive unit culture and drive continuous improvement
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kansas
Minimum 3 years of RN experience required
At least 1 year of management experience
1 year clinical leadership experience required
Certifications: ACLS, BLS, RCIS, NIHSS, TNCC, CRRT competency (or willingness to obtain)

Knowledge & Skills

Critical care and telemetry expertise
Fluoro license for technical staff
Leadership and team building skills
Ability to titrate vasoactive drips
Knowledge of cardiac and respiratory diagnoses
