Location: Dickinson, North Dakota

End Date: 09-28-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM / 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, block scheduling, every third weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $81 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care to labor and delivery patients including antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum
Monitor fetal heart rates and uterine contractions using electronic fetal monitoring (EFM)
Administer medications and titrate drips such as magnesium, oxytocin, and others
Support mothers and newborns during the postpartum period
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a rural hospital setting
Assist with neonatal resuscitation and ventilation as needed

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Dakota
Minimum 2 years of LDRP experience required
BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
Experience with EFM and titrating drips
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a rural environment

Knowledge & Skills

Labor and Delivery nursing
Postpartum care
Fetal monitoring
Medication administration
Neonatal ventilation
EFM system (OB Trace Vue)
Titrating drips (magnesium, oxytocin, etc.)
