Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, every other weekend and rotating holidays

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Take charge of the unit and lead the nursing team with confidence
Administer medications accurately and safely to residents
Provide expert wound care to promote healing and comfort
Collaborate with DON and on-call physicians to ensure quality care
Document and monitor resident conditions, updating care plans as needed

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state
Current BLS certification
Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience
Ability to pass meds and perform wound care
Strong communication and leadership skills

Knowledge & Skills

Long-term care nursing principles and practices
Medication administration and management
Wound care techniques and treatments
Charge nurse responsibilities
EMR proficiency (Matrix preferred)
