Roles & Responsibilities

Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic conditions, specializing in upper extremity injuries
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow tendonitis, and fractures
Work with a diverse caseload including acute inpatient, acute rehab, transitional care, and outpatient settings
Document patient progress using ReDoc and Meditech systems
Collaborate with the rehab team and communicate with referring physicians to optimize outcomes

Qualifications

Active Oregon Occupational Therapy license required
BLS certification required prior to start
At least 1 year of outpatient orthopedic experience, specifically upper extremity therapy
Strong clinical skills in evaluating and treating shoulder, elbow, and wrist conditions
Lymphedema training is a plus but not required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in orthopedic rehabilitation and upper extremity anatomy
Proficiency with ReDoc and Meditech documentation platforms
Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 12 patients per day
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
