Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $69 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform nuclear medicine procedures including PET scans and general nuclear imaging
Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients
Operate Siemens PET/CT Biograph Vision and E.CAMs (training provided if needed)
Ensure patient safety and compliance with radiation safety protocols
Maintain accurate patient records and images
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to deliver high-quality diagnostics

Qualifications

BLS certification required
PET experience required
DOT certification preferred at start, required within 90 days
Valid driver's license required for submittal
Must live outside 50 miles from Omaha (no local candidates)

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in nuclear medicine technology and PET imaging
Ability to operate and troubleshoot imaging equipment
Strong patient care and communication skills
Knowledge of radiation safety and handling of radiopharmaceuticals
Adaptability to learn new equipment and procedures
