Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM; includes weekends and holidays as scheduled

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to a diverse patient population across multiple MS-Tele units
Float within Zone 3 facilities, adapting quickly to different unit needs and patient acuities
Titrate heparin drips and monitor telemetry for cardiac, neuro, oncology, and other conditions
Collaborate with charge nurses to ensure safe nurse-to-patient ratios of 1:5-6
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams

Qualifications

Active and unrestricted RN license in Colorado or compact state
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Minimum 2 years of MS-Tele experience
Prior neuro experience strongly preferred
Ability to float within a 60-mile radius zone and adapt to different facilities

Knowledge & Skills

Strong telemetry monitoring and interpretation skills
Proficiency in heparin titration and management of titratable drips
Experience with cardiac, neuro, ortho, oncology, and general medical-surgical patients
Excellent communication and flexibility in fast-paced environments
