Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 4x10-hour shifts, day shift (exact times TBD)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Administer radiation therapy treatments using advanced techniques such as IMRT, VMAT, and Proton Therapy
Collaborate with radiation oncologists to develop and implement personalized treatment plans
Operate and maintain linear accelerators, CT simulators, and EPIC/Aria systems
Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout treatment sessions
Document treatment delivery accurately and maintain patient records
Perform daily quality assurance checks on equipment

Qualifications

Current ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy (ARRT-T) required
Valid BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a Radiation Therapist in a clinical setting
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in external beam (EBRT) and internal (IRT) radiation therapy
Experience with EPIC, Aria, TrueBeam, Vision RT, and CT systems
Knowledge of 3D-CRT, IMRT, IGRT, SRT, VMAT, and brachytherapy
Excellent patient communication and interpersonal skills
