Location: Prescott, AZ

Start Date: 07-13-2026

End Date: 10-12-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments for a diverse patient population with orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility, function, and quality of life
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PTAs and rehab techs
Document patient progress accurately using EMR systems
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Contribute to a positive and supportive outpatient environment

Qualifications

Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Arizona (or compact eligibility)
BLS and CPR certification required
Minimum 1 year of outpatient experience
Proficiency with EMR systems
Ability to treat a geriatric population with general ortho, neuro, and vestibular diagnoses

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Team-oriented with a collaborative approach
Adaptable to varying caseloads and patient needs
