Location: Centennial, Colorado

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, including weekends and holidays as needed

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to a diverse patient population in a fast-paced Medical-Surgical Telemetry float pool
Float across multiple facilities within Zone 3, covering various specialties including cardiac, neuro, ortho, oncology, and more
Titrate heparin drips as needed and monitor telemetry for cardiac patients
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Adapt quickly to different unit environments and patient acuity levels
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols

Qualifications

Active RN license in Colorado or compact state
Minimum 2 years of Medical-Surgical Telemetry experience
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Prior neuro nursing experience preferred but not required
Willingness to float within a 60-mile zone and accept Just-In-Time assignments

Knowledge & Skills

Strong cardiac and telemetry monitoring skills
Proficiency in heparin drip titration
Ability to manage patients with diverse diagnoses including cardiac, neuro, ortho, and oncology
Excellent communication and adaptability in fast-paced environments
Competency in electronic health records and patient assessment
