Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, vestibular, neuro, and balance difficulties in an outpatient setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient function and mobility
Document patient progress and interventions accurately using Cerner EMR
Collaborate with PTAs and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
Manage a caseload of approximately 9-11 patients per day, 10 on average

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapy license in California
Current BLS certification
Minimum of 2 supervisor references (charge accepted) within the past 12 months and 3 years
Candidates must not have been directly employed by CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity within the past year
Experience with Cerner EMR preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Orthopedic rehabilitation including total joint replacement
Vestibular therapy and balance training
Neurological rehabilitation
Outpatient physical therapy documentation and EMR proficiency
Interdisciplinary collaboration with PTAs and rehab aides
