Location: Breckenridge, MN

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 8-hour shifts (6:00 AM-2:30 PM, 2:00 PM-11:00 PM, 10:00 PM-6:30 AM); every other weekend and holiday required

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments to residents as prescribed
Monitor resident health status and report changes to the care team
Document care accurately in PointClickCare EMR
Provide compassionate support and education to residents and families
Collaborate with CNAs and charge nurses to ensure quality care
Maintain a safe and homelike environment for all residents

Qualifications

Valid LPN license in Minnesota (or compact state)
BLS certification required (must be current)
Strong teamwork and work ethic as noted by the facility
Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of long-term care regulations and best practices
Experience with PointClickCare EMR a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and patient-centered approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
