Location: Soldotna, Alaska

Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Night shift, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM, 3 shifts per week (36 hours)
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $43 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and individualized care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Assist with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and meals
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to ensure quality care
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in Alaska (or ability to obtain)
- BLS certification required
- Minimum 1 year of long-term care experience preferred
- Compassionate, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with PC and clinical databases
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of infection control and safety practices
