Shift Type: Tuesday-Saturday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (includes 1 hour lunch)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional outpatient physical therapy to help patients regain mobility and reduce pain
Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs and goals
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Conduct evaluations and reassessments to track progress and adjust interventions
Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care strategies
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards

Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapist license
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Experience in outpatient orthopedics preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in manual therapy techniques
Knowledge of therapeutic exercise prescription
Familiarity with EMR systems for documentation
Understanding of functional outcome measures
Patient-centered care approach
