Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality physical therapy to a mix of outpatient, acute inpatient, and swing bed skilled patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care strategies
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in North Dakota (or eligibility)
- BLS certification required
- Experience preferred but willing to train new graduates
- Ability to treat an average of 8 patients per day
Education
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Ability to work independently in a rural healthcare setting
- Knowledge of outpatient, acute, and skilled rehab settings
