Candidate Pay Rate: $92 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee nursing staff and patient care across multiple units
Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers to ensure smooth patient flow
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards
Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing teams
Manage staffing assignments and patient assignments for optimal care
Respond to emergency situations and escalate issues as needed

Qualifications

Current California RN license in good standing
BLS certification from American Heart Association
ACLS certification preferred
Minimum 2 years of RN experience
Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience highly valued
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Knowledge & Skills

Solid knowledge of nursing processes and standards of care
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) systems
Excellent critical thinking and decision-making abilities
Team collaboration and effective delegation
