Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Block scheduling with flexibility; every other weekend required

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for acute care patients
Facilitate early mobilization to improve patient outcomes
Determine mobility status and assess safety for discharge or transfer to rehab
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for optimal patient care
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Qualifications

Current Colorado Occupational Therapy license required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Experience in acute care settings preferred
Ability to work independently and manage caseload of 8-10 patients daily

Knowledge & Skills

Strong evaluation and assessment skills
Expertise in early mobilization techniques
Discharge planning and patient education
Acute care and ICU patient management
