Location: Merced, California

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday schedule with weekend coverage split between Wednesday-Saturday and Sunday-Wednesday
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional outpatient therapy services across PT, OT, and ST disciplines
- Provide compassionate care to diverse patient populations from pediatrics to geriatrics
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support early mobility programs and stroke recovery
- Float between inpatient acute care, outpatient center, and home health settings as needed
- Contribute to specialized programs including hand therapy and pediatric speech therapy
Qualifications
- Current California PT, OT, or ST license required
- BLS certification
- Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
- Willingness to float between inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings
- Geriatric and pediatric experience ideal for ST candidates
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical skills in orthopedic, neurological, and medical patient populations
- Ability to work independently across multiple therapy disciplines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable with floating between inpatient and outpatient settings
- Experience with wound care and early mobility programs a plus
