Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients in an urgent care setting
Assess, triage, and treat a variety of acute conditions
Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to deliver seamless care
Educate patients and families on treatment plans and follow-up care
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with protocols

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
Previous urgent care or emergency experience preferred
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Triage and acute care assessment
Patient education and communication
Electronic medical records documentation
Time management in a fast-paced environment
