Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional occupational therapy services to patients with orthopedic conditions
Help patients recover from shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow tendonitis, and fractures
Deliver compassionate care across acute inpatient, rehab, transitional care, and outpatient settings
Document patient progress using ReDoc and Meditech systems
Collaborate with the rehab team to create personalized treatment plans
Treat approximately 12 patients per day with focused, quality care

Qualifications

Current Oregon Occupational Therapist license required
BLS certification required
Outpatient orthopedic experience with focus on upper extremity therapy
Experience treating shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow tendonitis, and fractures
Strong documentation and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Orthopedics and upper extremity therapy expertise
Hands-on experience with shoulder, wrist, and elbow conditions
Ability to work across multiple care settings
Proficiency with electronic documentation systems
Lymphedema training is a plus
