Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM with weeknight, weekend, and holiday call coverage

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $73 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional perioperative care across multiple surgical specialties
Scrub and circulate for gynecological, general, orthopedic, urological, ENT, and podiatry procedures
Collaborate with surgeons and the surgical team to ensure safe, efficient operations
Respond to call within 20 minutes to support after-hours emergencies
Float to other departments as a helping hand when needed

Qualifications

Current RN license (Oregon license not required at submittal - 90-day emergency license available)
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong experience with gynecological cases including TLH
Comfortable scrubbing in the operating room
Meditech ORM experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in gynecological and general surgery procedures
Ability to scrub and circulate efficiently
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Quick response time and reliability for call coverage
Flexibility to support multiple surgical specialties
