Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as charge nurse overseeing daily operations
Administer medications safely and accurately
Provide compassionate wound care to residents
Monitor and support residents with heart disease, diabetes, and dementia
Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and interdisciplinary team

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Dakota
BLS certification required
LTC experience preferred
Strong assessment and communication skills

Knowledge & Skills

Long-term care nursing expertise
Medication administration and wound care
Ability to work independently as charge nurse
Compassionate approach to dementia care
