Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM and 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to adult patients with cardiac, vascular, and respiratory conditions
Titrate critical drips including Heparin, Nitro, Dopamine, Cardizem, Amiodarone, and insulin
Monitor and interpret telemetry strips while managing arterial lines
Collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver excellent patient experiences
Support patients through dialysis, post-stent recovery, and stroke care
Adapt quickly to floating assignments and changing patient needs

Qualifications

Active RN license with BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
Competency in managing arterial lines required
Minimum one year of PCU or telemetry experience preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team player
Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and serve diverse patient populations

Knowledge & Skills

Telemetry monitoring and strip interpretation
Drip titration and critical care medication management
Arterial line management
Patient assessment and care planning
Cultural sensitivity and effective communication
