Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders
Develop individualized therapy plans to help patients reach their goals
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and families to deliver comprehensive care
Document progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
Educate patients and caregivers on techniques to support continued improvement

Qualifications

Active Speech Language Pathologist license in California
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in a healthcare or school setting is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Assessment and treatment of communication disorders
Patient-centered therapy approaches
Electronic medical record documentation
Interdisciplinary collaboration
