Shift Type: Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy to approximately 12 patients per day
Evaluate and treat a diverse mix of orthopedic and general cases in a small-town setting
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs to optimize patient outcomes
Provide occasional acute inpatient coverage when needed to support the broader rehab department
Document care and progress notes while maintaining excellent patient relationships

Qualifications

Current Oregon Physical Therapist license (can be obtained after submittal)
Outpatient physical therapy experience required
BLS certification required
Acute inpatient experience is a plus but not mandatory
Comfortable treating a wide variety of diagnoses in a community-focused clinic

Knowledge & Skills

Strong outpatient orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
Ability to adapt care plans for diverse patient populations
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Flexibility to assist with acute inpatient needs when the team needs support
Professional demeanor with business-casual presentation
