End Date: 09-28-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM start with variable end times, plus call rotation including weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $98 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist physicians as directed during a wide variety of surgical procedures
Provide expert first-assist support across ortho, robotics, neuro, GYN, urology, vascular, and general surgery cases
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth case flow and optimal patient outcomes
Float between campuses as needed to support the broader surgical services team
Respond to call within 30 minutes to provide critical coverage when emergencies arise

Qualifications

Active RN license with RNFA certification required
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong experience in ortho, robotics, neuro, and GYN specialties
Robotics experience is a deal-breaker requirement
Comfortable scrubbing and assisting across multiple surgical disciplines

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient with Cerner electronic medical records
Skilled in total joints, robotic procedures, spine, and cranial cases
Knowledgeable in urology, GYN oncology, vascular, and ENT procedures
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Flexible and adaptable to changing surgical schedules and call needs
